Please join us for the Memorial Car Cruise of Jr Redden at 1pm on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the Red Fox Winery located in Hickory. Pa. All vehicles and motorcycles are welcome. There will be a special section for vehicles that the “Crazy Old Man” built or worked on. The family would love to see some of these vehicles in attendance, it would be a beautiful tribute to Jr. *If you own one of these vehicles, please arrive at 12pm*
There will be a memorial picture/memory wall set up for pictures to be placed or brief recollections to be placed. If you have any pictures of Jr please print an extra out to attach to this wall, any size. Paper and pens will be available on site for memories to be written down. There will also be a microphone set up where we will remember Jr by the sharing of everyone’s stories and memories.
Entertainment will be provided. There will be food trucks for the purchase of food. Red Fox wine will be available for purchase as well as local brews. (NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED).
There will be people there to direct vehicles to park, no saving of spaces will be permitted. Vehicles will be parked according to when they arrive. If you would like to park next to another vehicle please arrive together.
As most of you know Jr was the current owner of Redden Classic Restoration but throughout his life he had many passions aside from restoring vehicles. Race car driving, dirt bikes, hair scrambles, the Syrian horse patrol and a special love for classic cars are just a few of these passions. Jr was one of the most hardworking people you will ever find. He had a great mind, he loved thinking of new ideas. He was an inventor and secured a patent for the J&J Safety Hitch. Jr.’s nickname of the “crazy old man” was truly fitting for all his inventive ideas and working on everything pertaining to an engine.
